I was in a conference call with an angry client.
Client: I sent you the feedback a week ago!
Me: We sent you the document to review 48 hours ago – we haven’t received anything yet. Are you sure you sent it?
Client: I sent it!
Me: Okay. Could you resend it now?
The client stopped talking, but didn’t hang up. We listened for a while, heard some furious typing, and then received this email:
Client: Not good enough, do it better.
